what is art therapy?

Art Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression with a range of materials to explore feelings and support healing. It is not about artistic skill; it is about creating in a safe space to express what words sometimes cannot.

who is it for?

Art Therapy welcomes people of all ages from all backgrounds.

Some benefits of Art Therapy building confidence, developing trust, and strengthening listening and communication skills. It also provides a safe space to explore and understand feelings and emotions.

what will a session look like?

In an Art Therapy session, I will invite you to create with the art materials I provide. Whatever you create becomes a starting point for self reflection and conversation, and always approached at your own pace.
